What does a typical appointment look like?

Our initial 20-minute free consultation can take place via a phone call, or over a video chat. During this time we will discuss where you are and where you would like to go. The goal here is just to get to know you!

Typical appointments are done over the video chatting system. Topics of these calls vary, but are based on your goals and specific needs.

You can expect appointments to last around 30-60 minutes. During this time we will re-assess and re-address any concerns or questions that will help you along your journey.

What is the NAQ (Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire)?

The NAQ is a detailed questionnaire using over 300 signs and symptoms to identify potential nutrient deficiencies, imbalances within the body and organs, or body systems the need support from a nutrition standpoint. These patterns and insights help determine the direction for creating your bio-individualized protocol.

**These must be returned 3 days prior to our initial appointment.

Why do I need to fill out the Food and Mood Journal?

Your food and mood journal is one of the most critical pieces to developing your protocol. It helps provides additional insight into how foods and other factors are impeding, or helping your body’s healing process.
